It was the first day working at a new lawfirm. I was at my desk and people kept coming over to my desk but I wasn't allowed to ask any questions and I wasn't allowed to walk around. They didn't even give me a tour (it was 3 floors of the building) or tell me who I was working for. People got demerits for walking around the office. There were places to buy lunch right next to my cubicle so I saw people in line for lunch, but that was it.
