This was a third person dream:
There were three girls in a car and when they got pulled over they had to figure out what to do with the crack they just smoked. Obviously, they went to jail but one girl went to juvie. It was very strict and the halls were twisty and turny and every other door was locked to prevent running away. Someone helped the one girl run away, but she was caught. She ran away a second time, and this time actually made it out with the aid of a volunteer at the center. There wasn't a lot of supervision, it looked more like a middle school.
