My Dream and G's Dream
I started walking down a street, with a child. We were in an opulent neighborhood. There was this one big, beautiful house and in the back was an open patio. It was down the hill and completely separate from the rest of the house. It was a room, but it had no walls. The room itself was as large as the footprint of my house. There was a large screen tv and bar. It was an old boss of mine’s house – Steve. He was sitting there, in a suit, with his wife and one of his kid’s (though she was much younger in the dream). I peaked my head around the corner and surprised him with a hello. We sat on the couch catching up. I said he was doing well for himself considering the circumstances and we started talking about his different business ventures.
Then G woke up and wanted to tell me his bad dream:
The man took away his food. He was a bad. He couldn’t remember anymore. He said it was too hard to remember.

Long and Involved
I was at a college and performing experiments. There was a cute guy who noticed me (Note: I tried getting him back into my dream, but it didn't work.) I remember my kids being in little yellow raincoats the whole time. We were outside on the college campus and then in a kitchen. I think I was trying to prove a point and it wasn't working.
Man, this is frustrating. It was a good dream last night too. I need to put pencil and paper next to my bed again, especially since I've been dreaming more. The time gap between waking up and blogging is just too long and too involved with life (which, I guess, is a good thing).

My Brother
I was going about my normal weekend. G, Little One and I were at the mall and we entered a contest of Simon Says. First we were on the white team first and then for the second go-around, they thought we wanted to be on the white team, but we wanted to be on the black team. All of a sudden Karyn comes running up to me. She had been looking all over for us.
We kept going about our business until I saw Dennis. (Karyn had disappeared before my brother showed up.) They were in town that weekend and not the weekend after, which is when I expected them. They were in town for my Dad's concert, but they were only having rehearsal. There was a small party going on. Dennis didn't believe me that it was just a rehearsal, but when we walked in, they weren't in concert clothing and a ton of people were watching there. The conductor shooed everyone away but kept my brother and me around. He asked Dennis if he wanted to sit in and he sat down next to Dad. Then Karyn showed up with my nephew and my nephew was wearing a lamb halloween costume. He asked me if I wanted t sit in too, but all I had was a standup bass. The conduct asked another musician if he wanted to play it and I extended the thing at the bottom that holds it up, but this guy sat down with it, which I thought was really weird.
Dennis and Karyn hadn't seen Little One through this, but they apologized because they had to get home. As soon as they left for home, Little One woke me up crying this a.m. I don't think he wanted to see them leave.
Thanks Dad for watching over me in my dream, but what does it mean?

Halloween Party
He was at a halloween party with Daddy. He had some friends there. They walked outside and there was one guy who was really big.
Then he wanted me to wake up his Daddy so he could be in bed with him. That didn't happen. I told G about his dream this morning and he just looked at me with wide eyes. He hadn't remembered a word. Of course, Dave thought this was my dream because he said I started to talk in my sleep again last night.
I had remembered my dream first thing this morning, and it wasn't a "blocked" dream, I don't think, but after being awake for 5 hours, I just can't channel it. There's just too much going on and I'm still just too tired.
